At Wondermutts, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

Returns

Because our prints are produced to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Personal preference regarding artwork, colours, or size

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun.

After production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
